Masaje Lomi Lomi
El masaje Lomi Lomi, o masaje Hawaiano, procede de la filosofía Huna que practicaban los antiguos sanadores hawaianos.
Aloha ¡¡¡, el saludo hawaiano, resume el concepto de esta Filosofía, pues significa “Amar lo que uno hace o hacer lo que uno ama”.En el Huna se persigue la armonía entre le hombre y la naturaleza y se basa en siete principios básicos:
1El mundo es lo que uno piensa que es
2No existen límites
3La energía fluye donde va la atención
4Ahora es el momento de poder
5Amar es estar feliz con algo
6Todo el poder viene de nuestro interior
7Lo efectivo es la medida de lo verdadero
El Lomi Lomi pues, intenta conseguir la armonía total entre cuerpo y mente trabajando todos los músculos del cuerpo, facilitando el paso de los flujos energéticos. El terapeuta trabaja con los antebrazos creando unas ondas sobre el cuerpo relajantes y vigorizantes al mismo tiempo.
Este trabajo se efectúa en zonas muy distantes del cuerpo (por ejemplo, espalda y caderas) lo que contribuye a la total relajación del cliente ya que a su cerebro le resulta muy difícil concentrarse en dos áreas tan diferentes y se deja mecer por el balanceo armonioso de todo el cuerpo. El Lomi Lomi es pues un placer para los sentidos.
